Aged Care Bonds and how I can fund them

13 Mar 2018

William Mills

How do we fund our aged care bonds starting from $250,000 to well over $1,000,000 or more?

These bonds are creating a funding issue especially if your partner wishes to remain in the family home.

You can pay a Daily Accommodation Payment which is a calculation based on the unpaid bond amount times 5.7% per year, which is a very expense way to fund your partners aged care.

We can offer advice on granny flat arrangements, renting out your family home to meet aged care fees, assistance with the Income and Assets Assessment form, prepaid funeral arrangements, estate planning including aged care directives, Centrelink or Dept of Veteran Affairs issues and Aged Care Annuities and much more.

This is a complex area and we can assist you with guidance on the various options available.

We offer a complimentary one hour consultation to discuss your needs and explain the benefits of what we can offer to assist you.

This offer is made without any obligation to proceed with our services.

Either call us on (02) 9875 2444 or select the contact button below and send us your details and we will contact you.
